Food arrived hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast. The pizza was delicious and loaded with flavor. Pizza Lab is easily one of the best takeout spots in town, definitely ordering again soon!

This company is all for community services! I’ve seen and received free food from them that instead they could have thrown away like alot of the current stores and businesses are good for. They gave me atleast 60$ worth of free food to bring to the children I support at work! Their service is amazing and I love their food! 10/10 I completely recommend!

I had tasted the veggie slice. It was awesome. Must try item. The environment and the employees were friendly.

I have to give them across the board. On this delivery. All five stars. I called back and pointed out that I did not receive the grilled chicken for my salad. However, I did receive everything else. It turns out that the same person who delivered my meal. Answered the phone call and redelivered my salad while making sure that they put everything in it. I will call back and order again. Well done sir. I'm impressed. Usually they try to refund your money. When you actually wanted the food. Which puts you at a loss. Like I said. I will call back. Well done!

My food arrived cold and undercooked. The pizza had no color on the bottom and clearly wasn’t fully cooked. On top of that, it arrived smashed to one side of the box due to poor handling during delivery. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over two hours. The customer service throughout this experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this pizza place — almost any other option would be a significant improvement. This was my first and last time I will ever order from here.
